Product Owner - IT Corp Responsibilities: - Contribute to the development of the IT strategic plan in collaboration with business units. - Work with business units to analyze requirements and provide detailed information to management regarding products related to IT initiatives and strategies. - Manage the product development/enhancement backlog in alignment with the IT strategy. - Identify initiatives, conduct sprint planning, monitor and coordinate the implementation of assigned initiatives within the IT strategy; ensure proper tracking of implementation progress and outcomes. - Manage the assigned Agile team. - Coordinate and assign tasks to team members within the Agile team. - Conduct market research on product features and industry trends. - Consolidate and propose IT solutions applicable to initiatives from business units. - Report on the progress of IT initiative implementation. - Coordinate and resolve issues arising during the implementation process.
