🌱 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in reviewing and proposing periodic improvements to IT policies and procedures.

• Research and update international methodologies and standards; support their application in IT operational processes.

• Assist in coordinating with the Legal, Business, and IT units to assess the impact of legal documents and consolidate compliance reports.

• Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports for submission to the State Bank of Vietnam and relevant authorities.

• Participate in developing and implementing internal IT compliance inspection programs.

• Coordinate and organize IT compliance communication and training programs.

• Support the management of the IT Risk Register; monitor remediation measures and update status reports.

• Assist in coordinating inspections, examinations, and audits related to IT compliance.

🌱JOB REQUIREMENTS

I. Relevant Knowledge / Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.

• At least 3 years of experience in a related position (IT compliance, IT risk management, IT audit, or IT operations within a bank or large organization)..

• Basic knowledge of IT risk management, compliance control, and process governance.

• Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge or certifications related to ISO, ITIL, or COBIT frameworks.

• Logical, detail-oriented, and responsible.

• Strong communication and coordination skills across multiple departments.

• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Proactive in learning, researching, and updating new knowledge.

• Competitive salary package: 40-48M Gross(Senior), 30M -38M (Middle) x 14–15 months/year.

🌱 WORKING HOURS AND LOCATION

I. Working Hours

Standard working hours: Monday – Friday (flexible start time: 8:00 / 8:30 / 9:00) and 2 Saturday mornings per month (8:00–12:00).
