🌱 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Data Collection & Processing

• Gather data from multiple sources (internal systems, reports, databases).

• Clean and standardize data to ensure accuracy and consistency.

2. Data Analysis & Visualization

• Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to assess performance and identify trends.

• Develop dashboards and visual reports using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).

3. Forecasting & Modeling

• Build predictive models based on historical data.

• Provide recommendations for process and product improvements based on data insights.

4. Data Management & Security

• Ensure compliance with data security regulations.

• Manage and maintain data repositories for analysis and reporting.

🌱JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related fields.

2. Knowledge/Expertise:

• Strong understanding of data analysis, statistics, and predictive modeling.

• Proficient in SQL and advanced Excel; familiarity with Python/R and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferred.

3. Skills:

• Excellent analytical and logical thinking skills.

• Ability to work with large datasets and identify discrepancies.

• Strong presentation and data visualization skills.

• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

4. Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in data analysis or related roles.

5. Other Advantages: High integrity, attention to detail, and quick learning ability.

🌱 WORKING HOURS AND LOCATION

1. Working Hours

Standard working hours: Monday – Friday (flexible start time: 8:00 / 8:30 / 9:00) and 2 Saturday mornings per month (8:00–12:00).

• Location 02: 19 Ba Trieu, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi (GPBank Headquarters).
