Senior System Engineer (focus OpenStack)_TA165_HN

Requirement Educational Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent practical experience. - Preferred certifications: RHCSA/RHCE, VCP-DCV, Microsoft (MCSA or newer). Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise - Strong knowledge of Linux system administration (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu). - Deep understanding of Windows Server administration, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and system-level troubleshooting. - Solid understanding of enterprise server hardware (HPE, Dell, IBM), including hardware architecture, firmware, RAID configuration, and troubleshooting at hardware level - Understanding of virtualization technologies (VMware, KVM, OpenStack). - Basic programming/scripting (Python, Bash). - Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLAN, routing, firewall). - Understanding of storage systems (SAN, NAS, Ceph). - Hands-on experience with Kubernetes / OpenShift platform. Relevant Experience - Extensive experience in all aspects of the administration of operation platform, leading vendor solutions including infrastructure management - Extensive experience to troubleshooting and fix issues/errors on operation platform during operation - Extensive experience operation platform portfolio - Extensive experience gained on relevant systems, or equivalent experience. - Operate and maintain virtualization/cloud infrastructure - Monitor system performance and capacity - Handle incidents and perform root cause analysis - Implement automation for infrastructure operations - Ensure system availability, security and scalability - Experience with OpenStack / VMware / Ceph storage/ SDN networking/GitOps / CI-CD. - Ability to design infrastructure architecture - Experience with HA / DR design Other Skills - Experience operating and maintaining infrastructure platforms. - Hands-on troubleshooting in production environments. - Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform) is a plus. - Experience with incident handling and root cause analysis.
