Senior Expert, Economic Sector - Healthcare

## Job Purpose - The job holder segments, locating customer value through building outstanding and transparent solutions to optimize value for customers and Techcombank ## Key Accountabilities (1) Perform tasks according to functions and duties: - Build knowledge of Customer Segment, identifying business opportunities with Customer Segment - Build business model according to Customer Segment - Build CVP for Customer Segment to choose - Develop design requirements of products to meet the CVP of Customer Segment - Measure sales effectiveness of Customer Segment - Implement the unit's BCP plan according to TCB's regulations. - Comply with the regulations, policies, procedures, instructions of TCB and the law for the officers in the unit in charge. ## Key Accountabilities (2) Participate in the implementation of the Division's and TCB's strategy as assigned by the Line Manager Implement BCP plan of unit by the Line Manager ## Key Accountabilities (3) - Participate in capacity development training courses; Build your own development roadmap Corporate culture: - Understand and consistently apply organizational culture values, behavioral standards as prescribed by the bank Other duties as assigned by the Unit Manager ## Key Relationships - Direct Manager Head of Economic Sector ## Key Relationships - Direct Reports NA ## Key Relationships - Internal Stakeholders Related departments and units in CIBG and TCB (CA, GTS, Risk...) ## Key Relationships - External Stakeholders External partner units to support and develop the work of the unit and the CIBG Division ## Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences Domain expertise: - Minimum 12+ years of working experience in Corporate and Institutional Banking Group - English: Fluent in TOEIC 650 or higher or equivalent. - At least 2 years of experience in product field for customer segments - Prefer candidate with experience in finance management và project management - Preference will be given to candidates with experience in training, sales promotion, product development - Understand of the field of customer segment development and management. - Understand of service, product system of bank, especially products and services provided to customers in the Economic Field. - Understand of the market situation, products, programs, incentives, understanding about digital technology services of the Bank. - Understand of Vietnam economy, important policies and regulation of The State Bank of Viet Nam và laws related to the economic field Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree, master's degree or higher majoring in finance, banking or other related major
