IT - ENTERPRISE ARCHITECT

3.1 Education & Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Minimum 8 years of IT experience, including 3–5 years in Enterprise Architecture / Solution Architecture roles. - Proven experience in large-scale digital transformation initiatives 3.2 Architecture & Technology Expertise - Strong knowledge of architecture frameworks: TOGAF, Zachman (or equivalent). - Deep expertise in: - Cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP) - Microservices, API design, and integration patterns - Full SDLC (design, deployment, monitoring, lifecycle management) 3.3 AI & Modern Technology Capability - Hands-on experience delivering AI/ML or GenAI solutions across at least two domains. - Strong understanding of modern AI architecture and enterprise-scale deployment. 3.4 Governance & Compliance - Solid understanding of enterprise security, data governance, and regulatory requirements. - Experience designing architectures compliant with regulated industry standards (e.g., banking). 3.5 Leadership & Soft Skills - Strong strategic thinking and system-level mindset. - Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills. - Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and communities of practice.
