## Job Purpose
The job holder is responsible for Designvà develop learning interventions và capability solutions for Retail frontline in order to fulfil requirements of RBG và Techcombank business strategy
## Key Accountabilities (1)
1. Operates within agreed scope of work and area of expertise
1.1. Design và Development:
- Receive requests from CDM manager, design (and/ or collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design) Learning Solutions, including: define and validate learning objectives and outlines, learning assets, approach and evaluation parameters
- Depending on their expertise, develop (and/ or collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop) Learning Solutions, including: Create learning assets, leveraging standardized templates and asset development parameters for wide range of assets
- Managing projects/ initiatives relating to Capability Development, engage stakeholders to manage development of new (or revision of) learning asset (including managing vendors, if applicable)
1.2. Implementation và Evaluation:
- Support enabling Learning Solution Eco-system: Manage and upgrade people, processes and technology involved in deploying the learning solution/roadmap/ certification
- Depending on their expertise, implement (and/ or collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement) relevant training/ facilitating/ coaching activities, models/ processes/ tools/ technology
- Evaluating Learning Solution: Evaluate and report on learning implementation and impact
- Maintaining Learning Assets: Monitor utilization of learning assets

- Train và coach junior staff, advise career development and resource planning

## Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
Qualifications
- University graduates or higher education, majoring in: Finance và Banking, Foreign Trade, Economics or related fields (Preferably those with suitable academin background and study abroad)
- English proficiency: Level 3 (TOEIC 650 or equivalent)
Domain Expertise
- At least 8 years of experience in banking
- Experience in using office, especially finance và banking softwares
